This is a Zwift virtual ride. You will need the Zwift app and a smart trainer. If you have not done this before with my group, please contact me and I will give you more details. We will ride in whatever world we are put in. It may change on different days that we do this FTP Test. The actual test is 20 minutes however we are in the ride/test for 73 minutes total to allow for the ramp up, etc. If you would like the ability to talk with us during the ride, you can get the Discord app and then use the following link to get set up. You can talk or text using headphones or the speaker option on the app.
