Starting at Highland Glen Park, we follow the Murdoch Canal trail all the way to Orem, then connect to the Provo Canyon Trail. We will be on US 89 for a short distance to connect to South Fork Road and take it all the way to the gate, then return through Vivian Park, back onto the Provo Canyon trail, and back to the start. Mostly flat on the bike path, a moderate continuous climb on the Provo Canyon trail, and then a lot more climbing in the last 4 miles with a few good kickers towards the top of South Fork Road.
