The Classic Fondo route starts in North Logan, and proceeds west through Benson and over the Benson Marina before turning right (North) on State Route 23 toward Newton. STOP in Newton at the Newton Store and grab a bite and a drink, but not too much because you have a little climb up the rollers toward Clarkston. Right turn (eastbound) at the main intersection and carefully take the 1-mile downhill toward Trenton. At State Route 23 (again), turn right in front of Little Mountain and ride back into Newton for your 2nd STOP. Eat more & drink more before heading back SOUTH of Newton towards Sam Fellows Road, the pig farm (that smell will NOT be the rider in front of you), and back towards Amalga and Benson. You will NOT be coming back on Airport Road but rather on a quite road on the north-end of the airport, and CAREFULLY cross Main Street (US 89) at the Maverik on Hyde Park lane. Continue past and turn RIGHT on 100 West (Hyde Park), and finish the 5 blocks to the RSL/Green Canyon High School.
