Hold on to your helmets, I'm gonna try to lead a MTB ride. This ride goes up the not steep but quite sharp switchbacks. It works on fitness for sure but is mainly for technique practice. If you are confident in your bike handling you're welcome to try descending on the trail, but I return by looping via the road, which is straightforward. Last time I did three laps so this time I'll probably shoot for four, but people are welcome to do more or fewer.
