From Oakmont Plaza, a climb up to Wasatch Blvd where we head north to we take the bike path at Parleys Over cross down to Sugarhouse Park and on to 9th East where we head south. We come east on 5600 South through Holladay to Wander Lane and back to Oakmont Plaza. Oakmont Plaza has a food hall with Cole's Bar-B-Q that features brisket tacos among other Mexican delights. Also, Celeste Bite features the best pasta and pizza in SLC. Join us for tacos or maybe Italian (?) on Cinco de Mayo after the ride for some socializing. Bonus points (or maybe a free taco) for the best Cinco de Mayo costume.
