Simple out-and-back route to Big Mountain pass. Route is best in spring when the road is clear of snow but cars aren't yet allowed with the winter gate still down. If road conditions are such that we cannot make it all the way to the pass, you can trust that as ride leader I will guide us to proximate equivalent suffering.
