This beginner MTB or Gravel ride starts at the Trail Head just past the marina and turns around at the access road to Frary Peak Trail Head. The Mountain View Trail is most hard-pack single track that follows the island's eastern shore from near the insland marina to the historic Garr Ranch (aprox 11 miles in length). It can be ridden as a point-to-point ride or and out-n-back. Trail users should exercise caution when crossing the paved road and when approaching bison. The Park Service maintains vault tolets at the marina and along the trail. Additionally there are public restrooms with potable water at Garr Ranch.
