Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a 16 mile ride followed by tacos, burritos and/or quesadillas at Over the Coles BBQ. The ride features a good variety of up and down. We ride through the Canyon Rim area of Millcreek, past Skyline High and then ride south on Wasatch Blvd, past the Old Mill, through Knudsen Park and by the Cotton Bottom, and then wind our way back north through Holladay and up to 27th East on (mostly) gentle climbs. The Oakmont Plaza has a Food Hall with Granato's sandwiches and gelato, Cole's Bar-B-Q, Sushi Party, Chilean food and Celeste Bite (great pasta and pizza). Since it's Cinco de Mayo, Coles has the Mex plates.
