Starting at the school, we jump on the parkway trail for a short warm up. Head north to Vine street then loop around to 900 East heading South. From here it's a sprint to 12300 South missing all the traffic lights with a little luck. Follow the course navigation back to the school. Yes it will be hot so bring ice.
