The Golden Spoke Ride is an annual event where riders can ride south from Ogden or north from Provo. This year the middle meeting place will be at the Tracy Aviary Jordan River Nature Center (1125 W. 3300 S, South Salt Lake). The 25 Mile Start is at Farmington Regional Park (1778 S 650 W, Farmington). I would like to start at 10:00 for this ride. The end of ride event will be from 11:00 to 3:00 and will include food trucks, music, participant giveaways, and vendor booths. Please register for the North Ride- Half. Since this ride starts in Farmington and ends in West Valley City, here are a few suggestions for getting to the start of the ride. You can take Frontrunner at the Murray Station (departure of 8:48) to the Farmington station (arrival at 9:23). Then after the ride you can ride your bike back to the Murray Station to meet your car. If coming from the north: park your car at Farmington Frontrunner. Ride over to the regional park. At the end of the ride in West Valley, it is a 4.5 mile ride to the Murray Frontrunner to take back to your car in Farmington. Or some might even consider riding to the start in Farmington from your home. Then ride home after that.
