This is one of two versions of the Willard Bay Metric Ride on April 27th. Both rides will cover the same route and both will count towards the Metric Series award. But, this version will be ridden at a more leisurely pace, with extra support for slower riders. There will be at least two scheduled stops to regroup, and no one will be left behind. If you have been wanting to try a longer ride but have worried about keeping up, this ride is for you!
The route does not go all the way to Willard Bay. It is a mostly flat ride that starts at the Centerville Junior High School and travels north along the east side of the Great Salt Lake. We will turn around and retrace the route at the Sinclair, W 5500 S and S 5500 W in Hooper. Please study the linked map and upload it to your bike computer/gps unit.
