A tribute to the man, the myth, the legend who was Tom Coffey. A rider who we all tried to chase down at one point or another, but at best, we could only hang with for a short period of time. This ride starts at Box Elder High School in Brigham City, where we will travel north to Plymouth via Honeyville (water stop at just over mile 32), then we head back south, riding occasionally near the Bear River, stopping once again for water at the Bear River Country Market (at just over mile 52), then return back to the H.S. Please study the map and be aware of some of the more tricky turns. Also be aware of the lack of water stops, as it will likely be a (very) warm ride.
