Description
NEW RIDE! From parking, we connect to the quiet frontage road -- with its wide bike lane -- that runs along little business parks. (The road has different names as it moves from town to town.) Near IKEA we connect to the Jordan River Trail for our return. On the way out we'll see real Texas longhorn cattle with some babies! After the ride, we can stop at the nearby Maverik for snacks and to socialize. (The map looks complicated, but it's a straight shot each way – frontage road out, return on the trail.)
Meeting Location
River Oaks Driving Range, 891 West 9000 South, West Jordan. NOTE: The entrance is paved, but road construction chaos makes the entrance hard to see -- and the driving range sign is gone. The entrance is the first thing you come upon as you approach from the east.
