Looking for ways to avoid construction zones we take the river trail briefly, work over to Shields lane, go west to Bacchus highway, right turn on 7800 and back to the Parkway Trail. A gradual uphill then downhill. 1300 West is closed to southbound traffic between 7800 S. and 90th. Must come to start via 90th South.
