This post is the second half of a two-part Climb Series ride starting at Guardsman Pass and going down to Midway and traversing back up Pine Canyon Road. Riders completing this second part will be given a second Climb Series credit in addition to doing this first part going up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Riders that are considering this second part of this dual Climb Series Ride, please take note of the the steep gradients of Pine Canyon Road (both for the decent and later ascent). Also please take note of the anticipated temperatures of when you will start your ascent back up Pine Canyon Road and your hydration needs. All riders please be mindful of your decent from Guardsman Pass to Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd, navigating sharp turns, as well as Big Cottonwood Canyon itself.
