Come see Irish step dancing, Irish Wolfhounds, and lots of fun Irish stuff at Salt Lake City's own Saint Patrick's day parade that goes through The Gateway. On the way back plan on eating one of Moochies delicious sandwiches. Don't forget to wear green. This a flat route from Fairmont Park to The Gateway via Liberty Park spending at least 1/2 hour watching the parade.
