This is the traditional BCC's Halloween "Tricky Treat" route, and it starts on the east side of Liberty Park. Dress up in your Halloween costume and come parade around downtown Salt Lake City with your fellow club members. A General Membership meeting and potluck will be held post ride in Liberty Park at the Pavilion
