Description
Butterfield Canyon to the top and back. 6.8mile climb with an average of 6.5%. There's one steep section about 3/4 mile long that averages around 12%. In the spring it's closed to cars until June. Very beautiful ride with quite a bit of shade. Best canyon on the west side of the valley!

Butterfield Canyon Road at the gate. Bunch of parking available. It's at the corner where Herriman Main Street turns into Bacchus Highway, just south of the Mine entrance.
