Officially an open-pace social series, but don't ride too fast, Éclair Pastry does not open until 10:00. The ride starts at 9:00 at Sunnyside Park and features the Gnome roundabout, Liberty Park, two chicanes, the triple roundabout at 23rd E, the I-80 swale, and the sweetest empty calories in such a rainbow of colors as you are ever likely to see outside of France. Possibly Canada. Or have Sunday brunch. Plus they make a pretty good espresso. Indoor & outdoor seating. No one gets left behind. The route will not be marked, so please review the Ride With GPS map and be familiar with the route. Sending the route to your smart phone’s RWGPS mobile app will give you audible cues. Cue sheets will be available. There are bathrooms at the start, but who knows whether they are open.
