Ride a clockwise loop on the west edge of the valley, on the flanks of the Oquirrh Mountains. See a piece of the new MVC segment. Plus 6 roundabouts; possibly a club record. Flat for the first 7 miles, followed by 17 miles of shallow, steady climbing. Some more aggressive up and down on the Bacchus Hwy, ending with 5 miles of downhill. No one gets left behind.
