This is a Zwift virtual ride. You will need the Zwift app and a smart trainer. If you have not done this before with my group, please contact me and I will give you more details.
We will ride in whatever world we are put in. It may change on different days that we do this work out. That really only changes the scenery. This is a 4 week ride plan that consists of 3 workouts per week that range from 50-70 minutes. You can choose to do one on the weekend or join another ride. I will likely only add these on Tuesday and Thursday nights for this first time.
You can put your FTP in the map link to view what watts you will be looking at. Remember that you can always adjust your FTP.
If you would like the ability to talk with us during the ride, you can get the Discord app and then use the following link to get set up. You can talk or text using headphones or the speaker option on the app.
For this ride and all workouts, you will need to review the Zwift Hack on how to move into a workout on meetup.
