This is a Zwift virtual ride. You will need the Zwift app and a smart trainer. If you have not done this before with my group, please contact me and I will give you more details. For this ride we will do The Wringer workout. See the map link for more details.
We will ride in whatever world we are put in. It may change on different days that we do this work out. That really only changes the scenery.
You can put your FTP in the map link to view what watts you will be looking at. Remember that you can always adjust your FTP.
If you would like the ability to talk with us during the ride, you can get the Discord app and then use the following link to get set up. You can talk or text using headphones or the speaker option on the app.
