Description |
A ride with something for everyone! Suitable for families, beginners, or experienced riders who just want to take it easy and escape the traffic. This is on the Jordan River Trail, a multi-use pathway, so don't expect to set speed records, but the scenery is nice and it's mostly flat (one hill on the 23 mile ride). We'll ride south, with the 23 mile turnaround at 14600 S. Turnarounds at parks on the shorter distances, so the kids can play. Dress for the weather, we'll roll if the trail is dry. A word of warning: LEAVE VALUABLES AT HOME AND DON'T LEAVE THEM IN PLAIN SIGHT IN YOUR CAR! There have been instances of break-ins at the trailhead. |

Meeting Location |
JRT trailhead at 7800 S 1070 W (just east of Gardner Village, on the south side of 7800 S). Look for the ugly red Subaru Outback. If that lot is full, park at Gardner Village and ride to the start |
