Van Winkle Intervals

Interval training is a good way to improve your biking by building up your speed and endurance! We have 2 loops as options. One is 2.3 miles and the other is 1.6 miles. This is a fairly flat course with then endurance portion being approximately 0.7 miles. All levels of riders are encouraged to come out and bike. This is the other loop:
