Weekly Worlds at RMR 12 miles / O OPEN Pace / 5 Flat / c Salt Lake area Are you interested in improving your bike handling skills, want to have more fun on your bike, challenge yourself to improve your PR's (personal records) and try a bike race? The Utah Crit Series may just be the answer. This is great practice for the Crit at Senior Games. You will ride as hard as you can for about 30 minutes. Registration is at the venue. ¦Times listed are start times you must be registered warmed up and on the starting line. A's at 6pm B's at 6:02 Masters/C's at 7:00pm Women at 7:02pm Bring a little $ for some goodies at the DOSE food truck! Recommended warm up/warm down Description: RMR Crit Race. Arrive 1 hr early, go get a 25 min warm up (about 7 miles), perform 10 min easy, then a set of 3 intervals of 3 min at PZ-4, take 3 min off. Try to make it so you are on the line with about 4-6 min recovery from last interval. Cool down 3 miles, re-group at vehicles for tailgating!!!
