As we continue to improve our strength and speed with interval training, the hills become slightly more difficult. We will tackle Winchester for this session. The interval hill climb of ~ 400 yards is followed by a long recovery rest period. It is a 3 mile loop for each interval. You may ride 6-8 laps depending on what you are up for, please sign in for what you plan on riding. Please be ready to ride at 6:00 P.M.
Meet at: 5850 South Riverside Drive (approximately 1050 West). there is a parking lot for access to the Jordon River Parkway Trail
