Interval training is for all ability levels. Intervals help an athlete get stronger and faster. We will start on pretty flat terrain in March and work our way up to some steeper hill training intervals in April and May. The loop at Van Winkle is different than in years past due to the road damage on the old loop. We will be doing a 2.2 mile loop with a 0.7 mile speed pace. We will have ~ 1.5 hours of biking time to do as many loops as you can. Expect to get in 15-20 miles. Please be ready to ride at 6:00 pm.
Meet at: Van Winkle Gold Gym (VASA) parking lot, SE corner north of the credit union. Corner of Van Winkle Expy and 5600 S (prox 1500 E)
